The purpose of this paper is to present a generalized approach for solving Integer Goal Programming Problems involving nonlinear multiple and conflicting goals subject to a set of nonlinear constraints. The method is based on Goal Programming under pre-emptive priority structure. The algorithm is illustrated by an example given at the end.
