This paper presents three new concepts: complex attribute ideal value of alternative, complex attribute negative ideal value of alternative and satisfactory degree of alternative in uncertain multi-attribute decision-making, and gives a single objective optimization model. By solving this model we can get the priorities in an uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problem in which the weights of attributes are completely or partly unknown.
