In the problem of searching for optimal alternatives in group decision making, we present the concept of strong-stability of choice function, and then discuss strong-stability conditions. We also describe the relationship between the strong-stability of a choice function and Gibbard–Satterthwaite anti-manipulation, and Arrow's non-dictatorship.
