Piecewise-linearization is a simple modeling method which approximates nonlinear mapping by linear one on each divided regions. In this paper, the authors propose a modeling method of nonlinear systems using piecewise-linear systems. The parameter adaptive identifications scheme is the useful tool for the present modeling process, so that state variable trajectories of original and piecewise-linear systems may be almost identical. On this process, the continuity condition of parameters of piecewise-linear systems on the decomposition boundaries in the state space is considered. As an application, the construction method of self-oscillating system with prescribed waveform is shown. [In Japanese.]
