The paper integrates set pair theory with both-branch fuzzy decision-making theory. That is to say, it studies on both-branch fuzzy decision-making by using SPA. First, SPA is applied respectively to both-branch fuzzy decision-making factor field and the up-branch, down-branch and both-branch. Then, properties of both-branch fuzzy decision-making are obtained. Second, the paper discusses dynamic analysis method of both-branch fuzzy decision-making and forecasts the strongness and weakness situation of the both-branch fuzzy decision degree. Therefore, the paper provides a new perspective and method for our study on theory of both-branch fuzzy decision-making, and a more solid theory for its application.
