In this note, we prove that B ˙ ∞ , ∞ ‐ 1 ‐norm of the vorticity controls the blow‐up phenomena of strong solutions to the Navier–Stokes equations. Our criterion is a limiting case in Yuan‐Zhang and an improvement of Giga's result.
